Performance and Application:
1.Improve the compatibility of rubber and filler, enhance the reinforcement effect of filler, significantly improve the mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber. reduce rolling resistance, compression heat generation, abrasion and permanent deformation.
2.Eliminate the influence of filler on the vulcanization speed,cross-linking degree,reduce the Mooney viscosity, improve processing performance. At the same time, it also has a certain elimination effect on vulcanization and rejuvenation.
3.Especially suitable for polymers containing double bonds (such as NR, NBR\SBR, IR, EPDM and their combined glue) or rubber formulation containing hUydroxyl fillers (such as silica, silicate, etc.).
Usage:
Add in together with silica or filler.
Applicable Rubbers:
NR, NBR\SBR, IR, EPDM etc.
Dosage:
8% ~ 10% or 1 ~ 4Phr .
