Performance and Application:

1. Improve the mixing uniformity of rubber which has different viscosity and polarity at the mixing

stage.

2. Shorten the rubber raw materials mixing time and lower the mixture Mooney viscosity.

3. Improve the mixture viscidity to make the compound not escaping from roller.
 

4. Speed up the mixture extrusion and maintain a stable expansion rate for extrusion.

5. Suitable only for dark and black tyres and rubber products.

6. Especially suitable for the tyre inner lining, tubes and bladders, improving the air impermeability

significantly.
 

Usage:

Recommended to add at the beginning of mixing.
 

Applicable Rubbers:

NR, BR, SBR, CR, IIR, BIIR, CIIR, EPDM etc.
