Brominated butyl rubber has excellent air tightness, improve tire pressure retention performance, enhance tire service life, reduce fuel consumption, and help the development of green tires, mainly used in high-performance green tire airtight layer, medicinal rubber plug and other fields.

1. Excellent airtight performance: the air permeability is 1/7 of natural rubber, 1/5 of styrene butadiene rubber, and the sufficient and stable air pressure of the tire can ensure the long-term driving of the car tire, helping the green and low-carbon life.

2. Easy to process, more environmentally friendly: Jingbozhong polybrominated butyl rubber reaction process, effectively improve product purity and molecular weight distribution, reduce the amount of water in the production process, more environmentally friendly advantages.

Application

It is used in high performance green tire airtight layer, medicinal rubber plug, anti-corrosion lining, waterproof building material, shock absorbing material, shoe material and TPV.

 

Packaging

 

Packing in net 34kg per bale, individually packed in low melting EVA film. Plywood case or IBC, 36bales in total.

Our  Plant

One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This plant is at the center of prosperous Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai economic zone, and has achieved fasr and sustainable growth since the establishment due to strong market demand and our outstanding research and quality control capabilities.

This plant can provide high quality masterbatches, homoginizer, vulcanizer, scorch retarder and several other rubber processing additives. In 2014, we paseed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate audit. In 2016, we passed the TS16949 Quality System and OGSAS 18001 certificate audit.

In the last development procedure, we have also paid attention to operate in a sustainable and environment friendly manner, strictly adhering to the national and local environment protection regulations.
