Potassium hydro-xide is a common inorganic base with a chemical formula of KOH and a molecular weight of 56.1. It is a white powder or flaky solid at room temperature. The properties of potassium hydro xide are similar to those of sodium hydro xide, with strong alkalinity and corrosiveness. The pH value of a 0.1 mol/L solution is 13.5.

Application

1. For electroplating, engraving, lithography, etc.
2. Used as raw materials for the production of potassium salt, such as potassium perman ganate, potassium carbonate, etc.
3. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used for the production of potassium boro hydride, antigrinding stone, salad glycol, zetone propionate, progesterone, vanillin, etc.
4. In the light industry for the production of potash soap, alkaline batteries, cosmetics (such as cold cream, cream and shampoo).
5. In the dye industry, used to produce VAT dyes, such as VAT blue RSN.
6. Used as analytical reagent, saponification reagent, carbon dioxide and water absorption agent.
7. In the textile industry, it is used for printing and dyeing, bleaching and mercerizing, and is widely used as the main raw material for the manufacture of man-made fibers and polyester fibers, and is also used for the manufacture of melamine dyes.
8. It is also used in metallurgical heating agents and leather degreasing.

One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang. This plant is at the center of prosperous Jiangsu Zhejiang Shanghai economic zone, and has achieved fasr and sustainable growth since the establishment due to strong market demand and our outstanding research and quality control capabilities.

This plant can provide high quality masterbatches, homoginizer, vulcanizer, scorch retarder and several other rubber processing additives. In 2014, we paseed ISO9001 and ISO14001 certificate audit. In 2016, we passed the TS16949 Quality System and OGSAS 18001 certificate audit.
