It is a kind of anionic surfactant with excellent properties. White or light yellow gel paste, no odor. Soluble in water. Widely used in liquid detergents, such as hair and body wash, dishwashing detergent, bubble bath and hand soap, composite soap and so on. SLES can also be used in laundry detergent and heavy detergent. By replacing LABSA with SLES, phosphates can be saved or reduced, reducing the total amount of active substances.

Application

It is a versatile toiletries ingredient widely used in the preparation of shampoos, foam bath preparations, other toiletries and cleaning products. Due to its excellent dissolution properties and gentleness to the skin, it is particularly suitable for highly active preparations.

1) Detergent industry:

Widely used in liquid detergents, such as hair and body wash, dishwashing detergent, bubble bath and hand soap, composite soap and so on. SLES can also be used in laundry detergent and heavy detergent. Replacing LABSA with SLES can save or reduce phosphates and reduce the general amount of active substances.

2) Textile industry:

In the textile, printing and dyeing, petroleum and leather industries, it is a lubricant, dyeing agent, cleaning agent, foaming agent and degreaser.

Packaging

 

1. Packing in net 170KG plastic drum.

2. Store in plastic, plastic-lined or stainless steel airtight containers at temperatures between 5 and 40ºC. Do not store strong oxidants in close proximity, as this will exacerbate any fire situation. It is sensitive to changes in temperature and pH. Decomposition can occur at temperatures above 40ºC or under acidic conditions (pH below 5). Decomposition is caused by hydrolysis, which produces acids that catalyze further hydrolysis. Storage at temperatures below its set point will require reheating, which risks overheating and decomposition, especially near the heating source. Such extreme conditions of storage, handling and use should be avoided. It contains a small amount of citric acid, which acts as a pH buffer and therefore counteracts hydrolysis.

One of our plants is located in the Zheshang Science and Technology Park in Jiashan, Zhejiang.
